This month we had a few nominees we would like to recognize for having outstanding customer service.
Vicki Pagotto received a patient letter stating: “Having a scan is never a pleasant experience. Vicki Pagotto made it as pleasant as possible. Thank her and the whole staff”.
Miguel Gonzalez received a compliment from Dr Schwartzbard’s office stating that: “Miguel was very helpful and a fast worker; it is easy to schedule patients with him”.

Karla received a few compliments from different offices; one in particular was Dr. Gelblum’s office. They spoke highly about Karla for her wide base of knowledge over the phone and her ease of solving issues in a timely manor. Karla also went above and beyond being a team player with our Summer Bash BBQ. She took the initiative to rally the staff, greeted guest as they arrived, and stayed after to help clean up. It is this type of ambitious spirit makes Elite Imaging first in its class!

 Damarias Bendana - July Employee of the Month Congratulations to Damarias for being our July customer service winner.
Damarias was our July Employee of the month. Damarias works in our scheduling department. She is recognized for outstanding service to our physicians offices and patients. She alway is first to help out in the scheduling department and is very eager to help the patients or offices that call to schedule.

Shelly Weiss from Elite Imaging participated in a one day conference with Global Excell and ATTIC on Saturday July 11th in Port Of Spain Trinidad. This conference was geared to Insurance companies. We were invited to speak on the Cost Savings of PET/CT . Dr. Richard Black, one of Elite Imaging’s Radiologist did his talk via a live Web Meeting. Shelly Weiss participated in the Q&A session at the end of the day. There were questions asked about how to schedule a PET/CT in Miami, and about the costs associated in traveling to Miami or Fort Lauderdale for a PET/CT as well as contract questions.
Elite Imaging was one of many speakers including University of Miami and John Hopkins University physicians. Please have a look at two of the photos we took during the conference.

June Customer Service Winner June Customer Service Winner!!!
Manny Rodriguez
Congratulations to Manny for being our June customer Service Winner.
Manny received a compliment from one of referring physicians that asked to meet him personally and two compliments from patients that were pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. It is service like this that makes Elite Imaging first in its class!
 Manny Rodriguez - Employee of the month for July 2009 Manny is our International Coordinator and he works with patients from the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos and all throughout the Caribbean. He assists the international patients with their appointments for their exams in Miami, but also assists in making arrangements for flights into Miami or Fort Lauderdale. He also helps the local offices with scheduling.
We are looking forward to a great July!

Now patients can relax in our large waiting area equipped with a business desk with Internet access. Our Concorde Centre location is located at 2999 NE 191st Street, Suite 103, in Aventura FL.
This location is conveniently to residents of Miami, Aventura, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood, Hialiah, and other near by cities in the South Florida area.

 Elite Imaging was very proud to be part of the 29th Annual Insurance Conference of the Caribbean in association with LIMRA and LORA. The Conference was held in Puerto Rico at the EL Conquistador Resort June 6th-10th, 2009.
We were part of the exhibits which allowed us to network with Insurance companies throughout the Caribbean, US and Canada that work with Elite Imaging and send patients to Miami from both Canada and The Caribbean, to get PET/CTs and MRIs.
Attendees included representatives from Canada, Miami, Grand Cayman, Nassau, Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Bermuda, United States and many other countries troughout the world.
Meetings were held with some of the delegates to discuss our services such as MRI, MRA, CT, CTA, PET/CT and Cardiac PET, and the benefits and cost savings available to the insurance companies and patients.
