This month we had a few nominees we would like to recognize for having outstanding customer service.
Vicki Pagotto received a patient letter stating: “Having a scan is never a pleasant experience. Vicki Pagotto made it as pleasant as possible. Thank her and the whole staff”.
Miguel Gonzalez received a compliment from Dr Schwartzbard’s office stating that: “Miguel was very helpful and a fast worker; it is easy to schedule patients with him”.

Karla Baez
Karla received a few compliments from different offices; one in particular was Dr. Gelblum’s office. They spoke highly about Karla for her wide base of knowledge over the phone and her ease of solving issues in a timely manor. Karla also went above and beyond being a team player with our Summer Bash BBQ. She took the initiative to rally the staff, greeted guest as they arrived, and stayed after to help clean up. It is this type of ambitious spirit makes Elite Imaging first in its class!
