Paavo Kalevi Soila, M.D.
Dr. Soila completed medical school, internship, and Diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Helsinki in Finland in 1979. He continued with a Radiology residency at the University of Miami and Mount Sinai Medical Center in 2005. He is Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology. Dr. Soila has a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with Special Competence in Nuclear Medicine (1983) and Diagnostic Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology in 1996.
Dr. Soila has Post Doctoral Fellowship in Imaging (US, CT, Nuclear Medicine) from Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1983, and a Dauer MRI Research Fellow in 1984.
Dr. Soila has authored numerous publications and book chapters.

Steven J. DePrima, M.D.

Dr. DePrima earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his Fellowships in Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he also served as Assistant Professor of Radiology in the section of Neuroradiology. Dr. DePrima is a Certified B reader for chest diseases with the CDC National Institute for Occupational health and Safety. He also has a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Neuroradiology. Dr. DePrima is currently a staff radiologist at Doctors Hospital in Coral Gables Florida. He has also authored numerous publications and has been an invited speaker for numerous presentations.

Cary J. Hoffman, M.D.

Dr. Hoffman is the Vice President of NMSI. He is Board certified with subspecialty training in Musculoskeletal Imaging. He has been practicing for approximately nine years after the completion of a fellowship in the Musculoskeletal Imaging at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Hoffman also has a background in surgery as well as diagnostic radiology. While pursuing the Medical Education Program at Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Hoffman completed a fellowship in microsurgery research at Massachusetts general Hospital/Harvard University Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts. He completed surgical training at the Yale New Haven Medical Center, Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut.
Dr. Hoffman has authored scientific publication and has presented his research at national meetings including the Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Dr. Hoffman has significant experience and expertise in Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Michael Zlatkin, M.D., FRCP(C)

Dr. Zlatkin has worked as a musculoskeletal radiologist for twenty years. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He is the President of national Musculoskeletal Imaging, a company that provides subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services, focusing on musculoskeletal imaging, on a national basis.
He received his Bachelor of Sciences degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and his M.D. at Queen's University Medical School, Kingston, Ontario. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. He then completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of California, San Diego, CA. Dr. Zlatkin was formerly Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Following this he was director of MRI and Musculoskeletal Radiology for Radiology Associates of Hollywood and the Memorial Healthcare system in Hollywood, Florida. He was also director of Sports Medicine of Health South Doctors Hospital, in Coral Gables, Florida.
Despite many years in a private practice setting, Dr. Zlatkin continues to teach, speak nationally and internationally, write and do clinical research. Dr. Zlatkin is known as one of the foremost national and international authorities in the field of musculoskeletal imaging and sports medicine imaging. Dr. Zlatkin is currently a Voluntary Professor of Radiology at the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, where he co-directs the Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship. He is also a Visiting Professor of Radiology at University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition, he also teaches the fellows in the Nova Southeastern University sports medicine program, in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
Dr. Zlatkin has written extensively in the field of Musculoskeletal MRI having authored and co-authored two texts, including the well known MRI of the Shoulder and Clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging, edited by Edelman, Hesselink, Zlatkin and Crues. He has published approximately sixty peer reviewed articles, book chapters and review articles and lectures extensively and internationally, to both radiologists and orthopedics surgeons.
Dr. Zlatkin serves as primary imaging consultant for many college and professional sport teams including the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars Notre Dame University, Indiana University, Clemson University and University of Kentucky.

Richard Black, D.O.

Dr. Black graduated in 1982 from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internship 1986 at Grand View Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and his residency in 1986. He was Chief Resident in 1986. He completed his Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine, University of Cincinnati Medical Center Doctor of Osteopathy.
He has held numerous Academic Appointments as Prior Chairman, Department of Nuclear Medicine, USAF Medicine, Keesler AFB, MS and Prior Assistant Professor of Nuclear Medicine, University of Cincinnati Medical Center
Present Director of Nuclear Medicine and PET Imaging, TR Radiology, Cleveland, OH. Dr Black was appointed to the educational committee for PET imaging, the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the Board of Advisors to the AART in Nuclear Medicine (supported by ACR and AART)

Dr. Black served in the USAF Medical Corps in 1988. He has over 140 articles, abstracts, books, presentations and teaching manuals, including Nuclear Medicine Review. Dr Black is Member of Numerous professional societies such as American College of Osteopathic Internists, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Physicians, Society of Nuclear Medicine

Douglas N. Hornsby, M.D.

Dr. Hornsby graduated from Spartan Health Sciences University in St. Lucia, West Indies in 1995 with his 2nd MD with Honors. His first degree in Medicine was from CETEC University in Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1983.
Dr. Hornsby served as Combat Medic (91C20) in the Republic of South Vietnam, 1969 US Army 1967-71. Also serving in the US Naval Reserves from 1973to 1982. Their he received honors such as two Purple Hearts, the Combat Medic Badge, and the Combat Flight Crew Member Wings.
He completed his Fellowships at the Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School (Boston, Massachusetts) in Radiology Management and Body Imaging in 2002. He then completed another Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of Miami. He completed the J. Rutherford Internship at the American College of Radiology in 2002. Dr. Hornsby completed his Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida in Diagnostic Radiology in 2002 and was chief Resident, 2000-01
Dr. Hornsby has received honors from Philips-Marconi-Picker Prize as Florida Resident of the Year by Florida Radiological Society, The Evelyn and Harry Indursky Award for Best Resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center and the Neuro-Radiology Award at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Also having many Positions numerous medical associations and Medical boards.
Finally Dr. Hornsby has participated in numerous presentations, research projects and publications. This Advanced Board Certification is in addition to Marty's Lifetime Certification. With 23 years of experience, Dr. Landry is also a Fellow in the American College of Radiology, President of the New Orleans Radiology Society and an alternate counselor from Florida to the American College of Radiology. Dr. Landry also serves as a board member of the Florida Radiological Society.
