Elite Imaging plays a proactive role in helping patients receive quality care. We work with an extensive national and international network of insurance and managed care organizations. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and present it at the time of your registration.
Keep in mind that it is important for us to obtain all the information regarding your benefits and any required authorizations prior to your visit.
Specific questions regarding your policy and coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier.
Elite Imaging does our best to contract with all major commercial, private and state funded providers. We accept most workmen's compensation plans as well as motor vehicle and private insurance policies. Please click on the link below to review a listing of our accepted insurances.

Our Insurance Department can be reached Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm at 305-692-2222 to assist you with your claims processing questions.
